      Pros

      Plenty of hours and the management team is great. If your willing to work you can get a lot of overtime.

      Cons

      The work can be hard on the body after a while. Some days can be 12+ hours. Frustrating not knowing when you will be done each day.

      The flexibility and if you need a day off last minute or if you get sick the leadership is very understanding and supportive
