Pros
Do to a high turnover, promotions in the company happen fast.
Cons
Terrible culture throughout the region. Unstable pay (production pay), for all associates which creates instability, Contributing to the high turnover. 3PL that let's partners walk all over them. Too many grey areas within contracts. They grew too fast and are now spread way too thin. Hopefully 2017 will be a better year for them.
