      Pros

      Sad to say there are no pros here besides working 10 hours without breaks and in 3 different temperature changes no gloves giving most pallets come with DRY ICE ever heard of Frostbite Capstone Needs To Get Shut down.

      Worst place to work Very dirty yet they are AWG Receiving dock doors very dirty broke pallets everywhere. Management is so screwed yet will work you 10 hours without break and even plant manager himself Couldnt explain to me a simple Receiving sheet nor gave me equipment needed favoritism Is big here.

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
