Very dishonest and highly unrecommended - Truck Unloader Capstone Logistics Employee Review

Money is paid by the amount of trucks you unload. Some are less some trucks are more. Better get on the managers good side or you will get bad loads and poor pay. Managers are very dishonest and will try to undercut your pay under the table. You have to be on top of your loads and tracking your commission pay. I myself was stolen from by one of the managers undercutting my pay and lying on papers. I was I was able to get my money by keeping track of records and taking pictures. This happened multiple times.
