Not worth your time - Anonymous employee Capstone Logistics Employee Review

No respect at all from the Sr. Management team unless you are "friends". They pay way below what they ask of you and do not respect when you go above and beyond. This company is very high on favoritism and if one of them doesn't like you, your days are numbered whether you are a good employee that actually performs well or not. You can move up within the company but the raise they give you for a promotion is laughable and way below what they give someone new.
