Willing to promote from within Competitive Pay fro Managment Great potential pay for warehouse For the most part upper managment is great Always innovating and growing
Cons
Benefits are poor for non-managment Turnover is a constant problem and I feel the company could do more to help if they were willing to spend the money. Growing is great, but it may be growing just a tad faster than they can handle A lot is expected of managers but the pay is good. Work life balance is hard.
