      Pros

      Production pay is very good. They pay you based on how much work you complete. Hours are good. No dress code, no dealing with customers. Pretty laid back environment as long as work is getting done efficiently.

      Cons

      We were understaffed at times and there was a lot of performance pressure from upper management.

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
