      A paycheck, that's really it.

      Cons

      Stressful due to no help from leadership and poor direction. No sense of team. Under paid to be on call 24/7. Terrible business model.

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
