Varying temperatures- nope. Be prepared to work in a freezer for at least 8 hours. It doesn’t matter that you are the site supervisor, because everyone is paid by the piece, and you as the supervisor, are not. So, you are given this fancy title and decent salary but in all reality you are increasing everyone’s pay because your labor is “free” because you are salaried. I am all for helping the undocumented, but this place took the PPP and cut everyone’s pay. This place sucks. UNFI union workers will harass you. And if you are a woman, just don’t do it. The traveling teams get hookers and no one cares. I was treated so badly and was lied to about what the job is. RUN.
