No work/life balance to speak of. I mean none. Each day you walk into a totally unpredictable work situation, be it how long your shift is (get used to STC in your daily language). The vast majority of your co workers are unpredictable, be it in their work ethic, attendance or mental condition. Many of them self medicate which makes their behavior unpredictable. Many are lazy and somehow get away with it.Not the first choice of career. COVID distancing protocol is non existant.
