      Every place that I deliver to that uses Capstone it takes at least 3 hours to get unloaded minimum. My appointment time today was at 6:30 am it’s now 9:30 and I am still waiting. They charge a small fortune and don’t care one bit about truckers other commitments to get us out in a timely fashion. Not just here but everywhere that uses them. They absolutely SUCK!

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
