Pros
Leadership is laid back. The warehouse is well run, things go pretty smoothly compared to some other warehouses I've worked at. If you're a good worker they will give you time off if you let them know ahead of time.
Cons
The work is pretty physical if you're a selector. The benefits are not good. Very little paid vacation time you only get a week after the first year. The pay is only good if you are a good selector the loaders don't make as much. The hours vary when I started It was only 30hrs a week 6 months later it was about 50. Not sure what it is now.
