      Capstone would rather promote from within the company then hire outside of company.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Most warehouses are 7 day operations very difficult to manage your PTO and can never turn off your phone.

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
