Whole time working there was so stressful because even after doing what’s asked of you management always found something to try and correct even if ut ended up contradicting previous instructions i was always walking on a tight rope not knowing if I’m getting in trouble again because they have no order they are never firm with anything for example there are certain hrs for unloading trucks and they are supposed to be on schedule for that day and if they find out you said no BECAUSE THEY AREN'T ON SCHEDULE they will walk up and pick and chose who they will allow without appointment so there’s no saying if I’ll get in trouble that day FOR FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS AND YES I WENT TO MANAGERS talked about it and they just say the same thing “we’ll see I guess like how is that helping mee they also can’t keep any management because of how they are so wishy washy up in the higher management they’re so rude and will literally treat you like you have done nothing for this company
