      Treated like you are garbage by the partner or customer. Customer cam dictate who you hire and fire based on whatever criteria they deem fit. Capstone will take the side of the customer no matter what, even if you have proof. If you want to maintain your health and values, steer clear. Work life balance

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
