Pros
The only pro is when you get to leave the place.
Cons
Often paid below minimum wage. Manager fraudulently manipulates timecards. Management issues corrective actions when employee calls out sick and has available sick time. Employees with months long tenure have zero paid sick time even though state law says they should. Senior leaders hardly visit and when they do, they spend zero time with the employees. We have folks who have been there for months and years and have received ZERO performance feedback.
