Pros
1. Most of the people you work with are awesome guys and all get along well. 2. Easy work pretty laid back environment
Cons
1. Management is very poor. Communication is strained between employees and management. 2 shift leads can be passive aggressive and manipulative and play favorites a lot. 3. Pay is incentive based. Used to be a pro but management messes up the revenue up consistently and you end up with guys riding the backs of the harder workers which doesn't help bring incentive rate up. 4. Payroll is messed up. I've had my paycheck screwed up on many occasions. 5. You never know what time you'll get off and if you have an appointment or something good luck getting off early to get there. 6. You used to be able to get 40houra a week and almost always got good overtime but now I struggle to even get 40. 7. Again the pay has gone to crap. I used to bring home around 2k a month a while ago (6~ months ago) now I barely make 1k a month. 8. Schedule has constantly been changing over the past few months which is unsettling.
