      There is really not much pros to work for this organization.

      Cons

      There is no communication between upper management and management on site. Upper management just uses you they only think about what the partner wants and care nothing about their own employees Poor communication all round, HR is basically non existent and por IT services for internal employees

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
