Poor ethics - Warehouse Lead Capstone Logistics Employee Review

They let me work there for 19/20 months, then decided to tell me I never passed the background check. I was given minimal notice while my supervisor was aware for a month before he said a word about the fact I'd be laid off. I've a capped paycheck in my position and on multiple occasions been paid less than such when I worked more than enough, they took away more of my "lead pay" than necessary.
