      Lots of downtime to help people out, but didn’t matter towards much till the end since you don’t make extra pay.

      Bad pay Managers have no idea what you’re doing Your basically a sysco employee in this position with Capstone logistics pay

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
