Very bad management group. A safety leader is only a word with little heart felt meaning from the top. Kind of feels like a dictatorship. What is desired and right today will get you in trouble tomorrow. Seems everyone is afraid of being next to get fired.

Great benefits, nice people. My boss is flexible when it comes to WFH/time off but it depends on your job description.Effort is being made to improve work culture.

Cons

No shuttle despite the relatively remote location, can be high stress at times.
