28 day rotating, 12 hour schedule. Plenty of vacation time. Safety is usually a high standard. Co-workers are pretty good for the most part.

Cons

Poor communication between salaried and hourly employees. Morale is generally low. Pay is substandard for mining industry. Rumors about shutting down constantly.

Great benefits, nice people. My boss is flexible when it comes to WFH/time off but it depends on your job description.Effort is being made to improve work culture.

Cons

No shuttle despite the relatively remote location, can be high stress at times.
