Pros
Very flexible schedule, can pretty much control your schedule if you want Good benefits/Paid vacation after a year Bi weekly pay
Cons
Erratic schedule changes daily/weekly, one week 35 hours the next 15 hours, schedule changes on a whim with no warning(some people especially new ones don't even know their shifts got cancelled or changed times) Horrible work conditions. A/C frequently broke or slow in the kitchen during summer Broken old equipment Useless co-workers Inconsistent management High turnover rate Constant changes in higher ups and policy/Every change makes it harder on the employee, used to be a lot more fun to work there, going downhill for the kitchen crew, trying to be something it's not which is a fancier sit down restaurant Getting a raise is worse than pulling teeth(4 years... less than 50 cents)
