Pros
Flexible hours, nice and fun co-workers, good boss, nice pay and bonuses. This is a good company to work for. I have not met one person at the company that I don't like. It can be fast pace at times but you are rewarded when projects come in on time. They like to provide lunch to the employees about once a month or so to let everyone mingle. They will have happy hour and celebrations when milestones are met. There is no micro managing. Requirements can be a little vague but nothing that can't be cleared up with a quick and easy conversation. The CEO is very approachable and is just like any other employee. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job. Anything from Admin, sales, training, support, or development.
Cons
Parking sometimes gets tight. As the company grows we are just running out of parking spaces. Will have to see what they come up with as we continue to hire more people.
