      Pros

      CarHop values and applies employee feedback, they promote from within and have pretty good communication about everything. Competitive pay, and the owners are very involved and approachable. Management is big on development and helping you on your career path with the company. I have learned so much since I have started working here, and I continue to learn more.

      Cons

      Medical and dental benefits are ok.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
