      Pros

      Casual dress code and rewarding work atmosphere that rewards top performers. We get people driving who have limited to no options and treat them with respect and dignity. A great team to work with who will always help a coworker without hesitation.

      Cons

      Not for those who can't spin many plates since you have to be a jack/jill of all trades. Medical coverage is offered and it's reasonable but also offer 401k and other perks.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
