      Pros

      CarHop is a nice income for motivated employees. The hours are not horrible.

      Cons

      Their product is horrible. They do not clean their cars, or really make sure they are mechanically sound. They close down lots and leave employees without income and they do not care about their customers just about the bottom line. They have alot of processes in place that are well thought out and fabulous, but they need a better product.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
