      Store hours. Paid holidays is nice.

      Cons

      You are expected to work ALL of the store hours. Work load keeps getting larger and larger every year. It's always, "this will only add 10-15 minutes in your day". Before you know it, you have another half days worked dumped on you every day.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
