Pros
When I first started working at CarHop I knew it was going to be a long term thing. We make a big difference in our customers lives every day. And, on top of that, CarHop takes care of it's employees. With on-going training, team meetings, team building activities, pay increases, room for advancement, and all of the other great things CarHop has to offer can you blame me for not wanting to go anywhere? I've also never worked for a company where the senior management team took time to get to know the employees and visit them while traveling the stores. I can't imagine furthering my career anywhere else. I love CarHop!
Cons
The only downside to working for CarHop is that so many of our teammates are remote we don't get to physically see them often. We have several great platforms to communicate with them, but we can't see them and that can be tough.
