      Pros

      They care about concerns of every level. They value our opinion. They stand by their core values and actually practice them everyday. Advancement opportunities, great pay, flexibility

      Cons

      There are not many downsides to carhop for me. My biggest and I know it is one that upper management continues to improve is the disconnect between CarHop and CarHop Finance sometimes.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
