      Full time hours and will show you the way of screwing over customers by having you think they are “helping”

      Cons

      The cars were terrible. The pay is terrible. I was working by myself in stores for over 8 months by myself and blamed me for not getting everything 100% when typical store have 4+ people. Management (when had) were bully’s found out the reason for them being bully’s where because district managers were on them (stay away from Tonya) they picked favorites and only care about the bottom dollar. Super stressful job. Just stay away.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
