Pros
Carhop continues to operate as a small business even as they continue to grow. They make their people a priority and work hard to promote from within. I have worked for the company for over 11 years and have seen several of my employees move up within the company. Team work is a core value for Carhop and is demonstrated in all of the lots across the company. You can call any store at any time and ask for help and that team will assist with what you need or find someone who can if they are unable. We work together to achieve success and do not work against each other. We grow as a team and a company, not as an individual. Our Senior Leadership team is very interactive with everyone and listens to and are open to ideas and strategies from all levels of the team. That is what makes it so inclusive as a company.
Cons
The company benefits will compare with most major companies. My only con would be I wish they offered more vacation time earned.
