      Pros

      Due to lack of staff I was able to bonus being the only one at that location aside from manager. Our first DM was a rock star, entire team loved her.

      Cons

      Had they been fully staffed I do not see how one could bonus as inventory was always low. Max 6 cars on the lot. Its hard to sell 15 cars monthly when the inventory just is not there. . I would not recommend a family member or friend to apply here after my personal experience with the company.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
