      Pros

      The people and work environment was very enjoyable for me.

      Cons

      They use your PTO for sick days and you do not earn PTO very fast at all. They will take your PTO without asking you which you can fight but they will still do it if your late or sick.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
