Pros
It used to be am awesome company to work for. Base pay plus commissions.
Cons
They had us overstaffed. Never made a commission for a year and a half. Finally did make commission and come to find out if the customer loses their job or stops paying they deduct the commission from your check. My job was to sell the cars not collect the money. I don't know why a job would hold you accountable for things outside of your control and job description. Not to mention the district manager changing. We are basically on am island out here and opened 3 years ago. The new DM doesn't come visit. I have not talked to her for 2 months. We get no positive feedback when we do hit goals or what not. And we are held to a higher standard than the rest of the company because the DMs main store is one of the busiest, in a huge city and has been open much longer. It's a ridiculous double standard when you don't receive direction as needed. And it's ridicuolous hours. Basically 9-8 everyday. Every Saturday you work. And when you use your paid time off that you have accrued you get kick back on it. Plus I've traveled from lot to lot to help understaffed locations. Never got reimbursed for time or travel. Didn't even get so much as a thank you. Tried to move up in to a different position. Was told it was going to happen in February. I didn't even get a call saying oh never mind we are not going to have an MIT position in Utah anymore.
