The Good, the Bad and the Ugly...Not necessarily in that order - Branch Manager CarHop Employee Review

There was essentially no training for the Branch Manager position. We received sales training and then basically had to wing it once we got there. I did have a wonderful support network from BM's across the state. I also had no staff. I was sold on this idea that this was no pressure sales. Nothing could be further from the truth. I was also sold on the idea that we were helping those less fortunate-again. Not so. I do not want to go into logistics. But as a company, this was not the position I had hoped it would be.
