Pros
The leaders are genuine in trying their hardest to live out the company values at every level The company takes employee feedback seriously and you can see where they take action on feedback that they get through company surveys and the feedback individuals give Everyone values associate growth in tangible ways including; providing structured growth paths, time and resources to help you grow, and probably most importantly encouraging associates to grow even if it means leaving their team. They would rather see fully engaged employees move to other teams than "keep" them in their team and feel stagnated. Compensation is fair and the company is transparent about things like bonus metrics and tracking performance
Cons
The high emphasis on partnering with any/all impacted people and groups before making decisions can feel slow or bureaucratic at times to people who like to move fast and deal with consequences as they happen (i.e. Facebook's "move fast and break stuff"). However, I think this approach is key in maintaining the collaborative culture.
