Pros
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with CarMax and there are countless Pros that I have experienced so far. Some include: The culture, Benefits, and opportunities for growth! I arrived at this company without a formal education, but they have provided me with all of the training, support, and guidance that I needed to turn a job into a career.
Cons
There are not many cons that I can think of when it comes to working for CarMax. The only area that has stood out to me thus far is that pay raises typically come in the form of promotions instead of Annual raises. Each associate is eligible for a yearly 3% salary increase based on their Annual Performance Rating, but I feel that this struggles to keep up with Inflation.
