Pros
Carparts.com is a fast growing ecommerce company improving the way car owners shop for the parts they need. The onboarding process was a great experience from the HR team, Operations to training on all of the different programs required to do the job. The Merchandising team is like one big family and the entire leadership team is very approachable and open all ideas and suggestions.
Cons
The company is growing so the environment is very fast paced and the learning curve is extremely steep, but with the provided training they offer, assistance from all the different teams and a "don't quit" attitude, it's a recipe for success.
