Pros

CP drives the ownership mentality, and no ideas are too small from the front line up. While the work is competitive and fast-paced, the rewards are fulfilling. Decisions are based on customer and employee experience, and the 2-year transformation was pivotal in what we accomplished as a company.

Cons

None but more of the challenge of transitioning to the new norm due to the current pandemic (hybrid workspace).

Only 4 cities to work in Limited upward growth opportunity but not impossible
