Pros
I've been given the opportunity to develop as an HR Manager with CarParts.com, and my voice and ideas are respectfully received and considered by upper management at both the local and corporate levels. I have a wonderful director that I report to at the corporate level, and I enjoy my associations with my peers and other coworkers.
Cons
There has been a good amount of mandatory overtime required of the hourly workforce, but our local and corporate team members are working aggressively on solutions to make sure these requirements are reduced significantly in the near future.
