Pros
No wonder most employees of Carparts.com stayed in the company for more than a decade. After working in the company for 6 months, I finally understood why. The company takes care of their employees from hiring to training up until their endorsement to production. The greatest strength of the company lies in how they had manage to find the perfect balance of business and people management. They walk the talk when they said the company is a huge family.
Cons
I would say that in the past 6 months, I had not seen any flaws. I know that no company is perfect but so far, all is well.
