Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We're delighted to learn that you value our collaborative work environment, supportive leadership, and flexible work options. Excitingly, we've launched our IGNITE training series as part of our ongoing commitment to professional development for leaders within the organization. Additionally, we're actively investing in expanding our Learning & Development team to bring more enriching training opportunities your way in the future. We currently do offer a retirement plan for employees, age 60-65 with 5+ of service. Each year, we assess our benefit plans with the aim of identifying opportunities for enhancement. If you have any specific questions, concerns, or if you'd like to catch up on the recorded IGNITE sessions, please don't hesitate to reach out to your local HR representative. Your dedication over the past six years has been invaluable, and we eagerly anticipate sharing many more positive experiences together in the future.
