Terrible - Anonymous employee CarShield Employee Review

The company is a scam, more intent on harassing people than on actually providing their service. I spent every day calling people, multiple times a day, only to get them on the phone and learn that they had never requested information as we were told they did. There were times I would call someone, they would tell me not to call again, so I would take them off the call list, and then later that very same day, they would re-appear on my list to call again, having been re-marked as "requesting a call." You spend enough time calling people throughout the day, you start to remember the names, and the amount of times they call people is on par with harassment.
