Pros
The pay is good, if you're the best in your division you get a bonus on top of a good hourly salary, everything you say is scripted unless you're trying to do sales, it's easier then most places to work at and the environment is relaxed.
Cons
I don't believe I was treated fairly, when I had a child and had to go on maternity leave suddenly my position became precarious until longer existed for me, and instead of accommodating a post surgical mother who was still on leave they told me I never showed up for work, so they could just let me go but if I wanted to return to work I could for a less desirable position.
