* The office itself was in disrepair. Recent hail damage meant frequently leaking roofs and sudden awful smells. * Business would make nonsensical, even contradictory requests. Strict adherence to, or deviation from those requests were both seen as unacceptable. *Management encourages devs to report those who underperform, so office culture was basically non existent.
