Where do I even start. This company is good for someone that likes sales. However, had to leave once the year was up because the management and job expectations were not ok with me. First, I was never told I would be hired to do my boss’ job or assist my other co-workers, I get it, team work but they took advantage of this and made it a weekly thing. It was frustrating because the work amount was not even in my team and they need to organize that, especially in accounting. Second, my boss was a control freak. Micromanaging all the time, she would even count the MINUTES I was out of my chair and would tell me I can’t get up more than 15 mins. Simply ridiculous. Third, the salary is trash. You could be doing the SAME job at a much better company with MUCH better pay. Fourth, managers talk a lot of crap all the time and employees hear that, very unprofessional environment. I also saw 4 people leave (including myself) in a matter of one year. You could tell that this is a company problem and not the employees.
