Pros
The only good thing about working at Carahsoft will probably be the yearly company trip, but that doesn't even compensate for the horrible treatment you get working there.
Cons
The office environment is DEPRESSING. Everyone looks sad and the office look does not help at all. In the kitchen there's barely coffee every day. There are no incentives overall. The office also does not have windows that gives you an outlook of the outside world. It's very sad. Every team is different and if you're lucky you will be placed with a team lead that sort of likes you and gives you opportunities to grow. If your team lead doesn't like you, you will always be in their bad radar. Also, the team leads do not have trainings to be a manager, it's all based on how long a person has been working there. Do not work here even if it's your first job out of college, keep applying and you will find somewhere where you are treated as you should be.
