Pros
Craig Abod is a genius, he knows his business and he is a shrewd businessman. I have a huge amount of respect for him and the company is going to keep growing. They have yearly trips to a Caribbean destination, fun contests where you can win cool gadgets like ipads, shoe day for the ladies, guys night out for the men. You will definitely learn the ins and outs of sales and will have something to put on a resume for future opportunities. If you make it 4 years you also get a company paid trip to Paris, which is pretty cool (I did not make it that long) It is also pretty hard to get fired. For a first job out of college overall it isn't the worst place to work, and you really will get the meat and potatoes of sales.
Cons
This is an entry level job and you will make an entry level salary - low. Depending on the team you are on, you may get treated well, but it really depends. expect to work really hard- 8:30-5:30 minimum, but don't expect to get ahead if you don't work longer hours than that. no work/life balance, so if you don't make friends at work, you are going to be pretty miserable because you are there all the time. Training as a new hire was a joke, they basically threw you in to cold calling and it was sink or swim. There is no HR department and alcohol all over the place which is a horrible combination. They were not pleased when I left the company, when I gave my reasons for leaving to my director I was actually told verbatim that I had "verbally punched" her "in the face". Management on my team was not at all professional, you got promoted if you were friends with the director and part of her inner circle, and it wasn't until that was pointed out that a path was created for other people to become promotable. It really depends what team you are on though.
