Pros
One of the few jobs that prefers not prior experience so great way to get your foot in the door and make connections. The company is growing incredibly fast which is both a pro and a con. I have been there almost 4 years and have moved "up" fairly quickly. They give you lots of alcohol and take you over seas for a weekend if that's what floats your boat.
Cons
Because they only promote within and are growing so fast I would say 3 out of 4 managers is not ready or capable of leading but they were just their first. At least half of the managers should never be in charge of anyone. Ever. Coming from the military and a professional background I was very disappointed with the atmosphere. Zero professionalism. My pay is wrong about 1/3 of the time (always less) and they seem surprised every time it happens. Most star performers leave after a couple years and management acts like they betrayed them. God forbid you want to move on to another company in the industry... They will threaten to stop working with vendors and partners if they hire you.
